Device-Level Settings:
- Android: Open Settings > Google > Ads and enable “Opt out of Ads Personalization.”
- iOS: Open Settings > Privacy > Tracking and disable “Allow Apps to Request to Track” (or, on older versions of iOS, enable “Limit Ad Tracking.”)
In-App Controls:
Within Scratch to Riches, go to the Settings menu and select “Do Not Sell My Personal Information.” Once activated, we will promptly honor your request in accordance with the CCPA.

After opting out, you will still see ads, but they will likely be more general and less tailored to your interests.

Age-Related Protections

We do not sell personal information of individuals under 21 years old. Although the CCPA imposes additional restrictions on the sale of personal information of consumers under 16, our policy is more protective. If you believe that we have inadvertently collected and sold personal information of an individual under 21, please contact us immediately.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your Right to Opt-Out. This means that if you choose to direct us not to sell your personal information, we will not:

Deny you goods or services;
Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services;
Provide a different level or quality of goods or services; or
Suggest that you may receive a different price, rate, level, or quality of goods or services if you choose not to sell your personal information.

Any changes you notice in the ads you see are due to the reduced personalization resulting from your opt-out request, not because of discrimination.
